Following tonight’s government announcement (20/03/2020) we are updating you on the current situation. As of tonight, the government has stated that all gyms are to close. We are assuming that this is an initial period of 1-month, but we will keep a close review on this and update you if it changes.

With your approval, we will contact your members and give them the following 3 options in regards to their direct debit.

1. Continue to pay your Direct Debit in the normal way, so that your club can retain key staff and
2. continue to invest in you. If you are happy with this option, no further action is required by you.
3. Defer your DD for an initial 1 month period, if you choose this option we will respond with a separate email to confirm your next payment date. If the club continues to be closed after this 1 Month term we will contact you again before that payment is due to defer the payment for a further period of time.
4. Continue to pay your DD on the due date, but pay 50% of the monthly amount to support your club.

Should there be an extension to this situation we will send a further email so that you can update your
preferences
